History Book Request Form
 

 If you would like to learn more about the History of the United Church of Christ, Greenawalds, you may
 purchase one of our history books using one of the two following methods.

     1) Call us at 610-435-1763 between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM  Monday-Friday and arrange to stop by to
 purchase a history book for $10.

OR

     2) Submit the following form and send a check in the amount of $11.50 to the church at:
              United Church of Christ, Greenawalds
              2325 Albright Avenue 
              Allentown, PA 18104.
